Awaken your power in this heated, rapid flowing yoga class.
Inspired by Baron Baptiste's Journey Into Power sequence, this class is music driven and combines breath and movement into a dynamic sequence of poses.
This is a Soulstice favourite and welcomes both beginner and experienced yogis alike. You do you is embraced fully!

Get ready to create space and build awareness in this this more passive, Yin-inspired practice.
Through longer holds up to 5 minutes, awaken your power to soften muscles in order to stretch fascia and lubricate joints. This is the perfect compliment to Soul Power or any of our other dynamic classes, not to mention your busy lifestyle!
This practice is ideal for athletes in need of active recovery and also the perfect antidote for those with busy minds. We recommend everyone gifts themselves this practice once a week!

This class will help wake up your body, mind and soul. The teacher may change, but the objective is the same. Expect to move, breathe, sweat and maybe even shake a little.
You’ll leave feeling energized, connected and ready for whatever life has in store for you.
This class is for yogis at any level.

Cultivate deep self-knowledge and access the present moment in this 75 minute breath focused practice.
Through guided and assisted exercises, this process allows you to release and become aware of blocks and unconscious patterns, emotions and traumas trapped and somatized in certain parts of the physical body.
This class is for anyone open to deep and transformative experiences.

This is a slower yoga practice that combines a mindful flow with slighly longer holds, ending with some restorative postures.
With an emphasis on form, this class creates length and builds core strength using the yoga principles. Expect to connect with your strength and release tension at the same time.
Both beginner and advanced practitioners will be equally challenged in this class.
To this class, we invite our teachers to bring in their own essences, so expect an element of surprise.

NEW MOON
Every month, in honor of the new moon, we gather as a community to invoke the spirit of cacao and explore the body, mind, and soul. You can expect to expand your boundaries through breathwork, movement, community connection, and more.
FULL MOON
To celebrate the full moon, we host a monthly Sintra hike, to focus on connecting deeper to the self and this very special community. We kick off with a cup of warm cacao, after which we embark on our moonlit journey.

GRET BATCHELAR
Ex-fashion executive, turned yoga entrepreneur and wellbeing advisor, Gret's yoga journey began in 1998 when she first stepped onto a mat. That was just the beginning and little did she know that "what we resist persists.”
Soon enough, she was hooked, finding herself at a weekly yoga class in NYC and drawn to strong and dynamic styles like Ashtanga and Power Vinyasa, her practice flourished.
By 2023, she founded Soulstice, a haven for yoga enthusiasts and now a thriving community offering ice baths, meditation and retreats across the year and across the country.
NICKY GAVINO
Nicky is a yoga teacher from Southern California and Portuguese transplant of nearly 8 years. As a Yoga Gives Back Global Ambassador and founder of Gecko Yoga, a sustainable yoga brand, Nicky believes that the practice doesn’t end when we step off the mat.
Her personal practice includes explorations in various lineages of yoga, including both classical traditions and non-dual perspectives, and her teaching is inspired by the play between structure and intuition.
While she takes her yoga practice and studies seriously, she rarely takes herself seriously, and believes that laughter is medicine and yoga should be joyful.
ALMON CASPERSZ
Almon was drawn to yoga whilst working as a busy professional amid the freneticism of London life. Her yoga practice has been a natural anchor through many of life’s inevitable ups and downs
Almon creates a nurturing space, the focus is on breath-based yoga movement, safe alignment and mindfulness. She believes in moving slowly to the rhythm of the breath as a way of building strength, balance and flexibility, in both body and mind.
Almon teaches Flow, Pregnancy, Postnatal, Baby and Kids Yoga having trained with Jason Crandell, Max Strom, Naomi Annand and Uma Dinsmore Tuli.
CARLOTA FRANCO
From a very young age, Carlota felt deeply connected with topics such as Spirituality, Philosophy, Meditation, dedicating time and study to various aspects of these areas.
It’s her mission to communicate and inspire people to delve into self-development and healing, to ultimately awaken their inate wisdom.
Carlota shares her work daily with adults, teenagers and children, through personal and spiritual development techniques that help to expand their consciousness, recognize the internal wisdom, integrating spirituality in all the dimensions of the Human Being.
SARAH FLEMING
Sarah’s been practicing yoga since her early twenties and it’s been a thread throughout her life. Her training was initially Lyengar yoga and she has moved through many other types of yoga since.
Her passion is functional movement , how we do what we do now but better and stronger, with less risk of injury.
Her classes use body alignment to gain more understanding of the postures and where you are trying to get to in your practice.

ANNA FARKAS
Anna brings 15 years teaching internationally and a holistic approach to her energizing alignment-based yoga classes.
Having trained with Ana Forrest, Dharma Mittra and extensively in ashtanga, her anatomically-informed sequencing creates greater stability and mobility to balance the musculature and allow for easeful movement on and off the mat. Her previous careers in dance, personal training and holistic health inform her movement practices.
Most recently Anna spent 3 years training with Gabor Mate and now also sees clients as a trauma-informed life coach and psychedelic integration educator.
